This lighthearted panel will seek to educate and to motivate folks to rest. Inspired deeply by the Rest is Resistance manifesto, we’ll work to encourage those that struggle with sleep to think creatively about how they can improve their sleep quality. This will include a special focus on neurodiversity in sleeping and how to set realistic sleep goals. I’d like to have a respectful strategy sharing session from the audience. The panel will conclude with a 20 minute nap time in a supervised, all-ages space.
