How to register

It is strongly recommended to register early to ensure you can attend! Unfortunately, we are not able to offer on-site registration for LSFC 2026 due to the space limitations of our venue for this year.

Online Early Registration: September 12, 2025 – November 30, 2025

Online Registration: December 1, 2025 – February 19, 2026

On-Site registration: Not available for 2026.

Upon completing the online registration form, you will be presented with a receipt which includes a barcode which is linked to your specific registration. Please be sure to bring this barcode with you to registration check-in to pick up your badge.

All attendees are required to present a government-issued photo ID at registration which clearly states their full legal name and date of birth. Examples of valid photo identification include:

• Photo ID issued by DPS or DMV office
• Driver’s license
• Military ID
• Passport

Examples of IDs that are NOT valid include:

• School ID
• Employee ID
• Any other ID that is either not issued by the government
• Any other ID that does not include a photo, full legal name, and date of birth.
• Picture of an ID

Any person who does not present a valid photo ID will not be allowed to complete registration or be granted a convention badge of membership.

Age Restrictions

All attendees under the age of 18, regardless of permission form, will be issued a minor badge.

• If you will be 16 or 17 years of age on or before the day of the event, you may attend Lone Star Fur Con without a parent or legal guardian only if you bring a completed Parental Permission For Minor to Attend Lone Star Fur Con Form which has been signed and notarized. If you do not bring a completed and notarized Parental Permission For Minor To Attend Lone Star Fur Con form then a parent or legal guardian must register and escort you at all times in convention spaces.
• If you will be 15 years of age or younger on or before the day of the event, a parent or legal guardian must register and attend with you and escort you at all times in convention spaces.
• Parents or legal guardians who are attending Lone Star Fur Con for the sole purpose of escorting a minor must register for a “Parent in Tow” badge but will not be required to pay for their attending pass.
• For attendees the age of 18 years old or above please be ready to present a government-issued photo ID and registration barcode to receive your badge.

NOTE: Day passes will not be sold at the door and must be purchased online prior to LSFC 2026. Day pass availability is very limited and may sell out quickly.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis and must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event start date. Unfortunately, after that date, we are unable to process any further refund requests. All membership purchases are non-transferable. We do not offer transfers of any kind.

Make sure to include the following information in your request:

• Your legal name
• Your “Fur” name
• The email address associated with your account
• The reason for your request
